If you have forgotten your PIN and you have previously logged in and created a security question and answer, you can enter your user ID, then click on the "Forgot PIN?" button. Once you have provided the correct answer to your security question, you will be prompted to reset your PIN and can then proceed with the login.
To
set or change your security question and answer:
Login to PSU Information System
Go to "Personal Information"
Select "Change Security Question" and follow the onscreen instructions.
If the above process is unsuccessful, you must go in person with two forms of ID, including a photo ID, to the Admissions & Records window in the Lobby of Neuberger Hall to have your PIN reset.
