Courses
in this catalog use a number system as follows:
100-299 Lower-division level (freshman and sophomore).
300-499 Upper-division level (junior and senior).
500-699 Graduate level.
700-799 Post baccalaureate, nondegree credit.
800-899 Graduate professional credit, with limitations on advanced
degree credit.
Note:
For continuing students, courses numbered 199, 299, 399, 401-410 do
not count as general education distribution requirements at PSU.
