Web Registration Begins:

May 4 (Monday)

Tuition Bill Available:

June 8 (Monday)
Students who have registered on or before this date receive a tuition bill by mail. After June 9, bills for tuition must be picked up in person at the cashier windows, Neuberger Hall lobby.

Classes Begin:

June 22 (Monday)
Eight-Week Session - June 22-August 16
First Four-Week Session - June 22-July 19
Second Four-Week Session - July 20-August 16

Add Courses via Web or in Person:

1-week courses: May 4 through the 1st day of class
2-week courses: May 4 through the 2nd day of class
3-week courses: May 4 through the 1st week of class
4-week courses: May 4 through the 1st week of class
5-week or longer courses: May 4 through the 2nd week of class

Drop Courses via Web or in Person with Full Refund:

1-week courses: May 4 through the 1st day of class
2-week courses: May 4 through the 2nd day of class
3-week or longer courses: May 4 through the 1st week of class

To drop a course with no refund, withdraw from a course, or change a course grading option, please go to the Addition, Withdraw, Option Change Periods schedule.

Grade Option Changes:

June 20 (Saturday)
Last day to change grading option via web. For grade option change deadlines, go to the Addition, Withdraw, Option Change Periods schedule. After this date, all grade option changes must be done on a special registration form in person or by fax.

Final Exam Period:

August 13-August 15
Final exam period for eight-week classes that began the week of June 22 and four-week classes that began July 20. See Final Examination Schedule.

Grades Available:

July 22 (Wednesday)
Grades available via Web for courses ending on or before July 19.

August 19 (Wednesday)
Grades available via Web for eight-week courses that began June 22 and for other courses ending before August 16.

September 2 (Wednesday)
Grades available via Web for courses ending before August 30.

September 23 (Wednesday)
Grades available via Web for all other courses.

Clear Academic Deficiencies:

August 14 (Friday)
Last day to clear academic deficiencies for Summer Session 2009 graduation.

Commencement:

August 15 (Saturday)

Holidays:

July 3 (Friday)
Independence Day, University closed.

September 7 (Monday)
Labor Day, University closed.
